Could you FG Team clearify why my box is activated and deactivated and activated and now it's again deactivated.

Could you please give me the resonable answer ?

As per hack3r2k advice I talk with mobilewala and he say he had done everything from her side and personally contacted with fg team and sould be activated when website work. But, till now still same problem.
Do i need to throw this box in dustbin or it will work Because already it has been more then 15 days. Or, what's the problem Please.
