Error 0x00000002 FB Gold - GSM-Forum

Hi All.

Fb Gold has been working great but for the past couple of days
When I try to run the software I keep getting 0x00000002 error when I try to run any of the Furious software

I have un-installed software & Drivers just incase, When re-installing and plugging in box new devices are found and furiious Box gold driver is showing in device manager as Com 7..

Anybody have any idea's ?
I Tried furious Gold ticket system 3 days ago but as of yet I haven't received a reply..

You must update you dongle/box using Maintainance soft.

Hi.

I would Update it but If I click The maintainance icon I get the above error also...

Install then again FuriouS SMART CARD drivers and not the FTDI ones. Also what we think is inside dongle brocken , or dongle is brocken or replaced or someone tried hack it. Also PM me ur dongle details.

Thanks, i will give that a Go and report back soon..
Nobody has tried to hack my box as I am the only person to use it and would know if somebody had been hacking.
I have carefully looked inside Box to make sure that dongle hadn't worked loose or any bad connections but all looks good.

Is it possible to return the inside dongle for a replacement one if it is broken ?

Ok, Tried what you said, and don't think the pc is finding the actual Dongle.
Its says found new hardware and asks for drivers for furious box, Finds a Generic USB Hub, USB Dongle 32 & USB Dongle 32 USB Device & I think I spotted a usb mass storage device aswell.. any help please..

is detected verry well if u see that. if same error happen then contact resaller for replacement. something strange happened to ur dongle.

i brourght new one gold box from mobile clinic. iam install the driver the ftdi one. installsucces full. driver was ok, when i start the maintense tool, error was displayed error-0x80100024
what,s the problem, it,s ask only the ftdi driver not other one,

install smartcard drivers aswell.

not take the driver or install the driver of card, only in ftdi folder driver are taken and install, compeletely, successfully installed but the error was same.

same thing happened on me. but i didn't get any error. something like inside dongle doesn't work.mine is BLING BLING edition from mobile clinic.

BE sure u dont have connected any devices like usb hdds, card readers etc. also be sure fw updated on dongle.
