Attach the screenshot here. also what windows are you using. also the error occures after pressing the button ? please note that if 64 bits os used thats why you get the errors. must use 32 bits os

im using windows xp sp3,32bit,

screenshot cant upload now,custommer takes phone,but after 3-4 days he will come agaun and will post

with otzflasher im working well,have unlocked many alcatel phones,but now on huawei u5130 have problemm

I checked on teh same os and no error occures. try deleting old files/reinstall and retry

Seems like an driver issue. Also try changing the usb port. What version of the module are you using ?

Yes. This is normal because phone must be reflashed using fw from support !

ok ..this works well with both tools..problem is how to repair original IMEI coz phones are set to 135790-24-681122-0. If yo try to repair you always get this error with both usb or rj45 cable..solution???
