FULL FLASH USING A U880_TEMPUNLOCK. IF PHONE COME FROM ITALY USE U880_TEMPUNLOCK_IT.rar and so on.

On support area You can download U880_TEMPUNLOCK_XX.rar and flash phone with it.

temp unlock means that after you had flashed your phone, you will enter a non acepted sim in phone and power it on.after that you will see usim blocatta.you will press sos call key, phone will restart and ready..phone unlocked.you will have to make this sos call key pressed..everytime you will reomve battery...
nv files is for network problems..some u880 have signal problems after pach unlock, and you will need to flash the nv file into the phone

The U8500 unlock solution is permanent - like other LG's?

And isn't U8500 and U880 basicly the same phone? Shouldn't the same solution work for both?

U8500 is permanent solution. Was ****ed because LG was stupid and used weaker protection.
