OK Loading boot ... OK Operation failed  Pinout KE500 keyboard top 18.............1 17 - RX (data to phone) 16 - TX (data from phone) 1,4,14,18 - GND KG800 keyboard top 18.............1 7 - RX (data to phone) 6 - TX (data from phone) 1,4,14,18 - GND keyboard top 1.........18 1: Gnd 2: Box Tx/Phone Rx (RJ45 pin-2) 3: Box Rx/Phone Tx (RJ45 pin-3) 5: Gnd 15: Gnd 18: Gnd How to Solve it Thanks |

Member: 293299 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 266  | make sure battery is charged and phone powered off, select phone model, connect phone power off then press connect button at top left hand corner then connect button at bottom right hand corner of VYGIS software then press power button on phone hold it till phone is read by software then flash phone with firmware from support then fix imei. |
