Problem with connect to PC.

When I try to connect to PC on ver 1,21, I become THIS FLASH FILE IS NOT SUPORTED YET... ( flash ID 20A0)

When I try to connect to PC on ver 1,27, Phone does won't to connect. I've tried on 4 another PC and on 4 another boxes (on Vygis Toolbox too).
It's secend Phone type *** (***1V-1DVDNL1) with the same problem.
Maybe anather cable or another soft needed?

try to put the swict to mbus on box and vcc on
try conect again i have the same problem with vigys

For me not works.

My *** is 0T-C651 and I use same pinout as Alc 735 and always have phone not respond.

The same for me. i´d like to know the schema for external power cable. Can any one help. I think with external power the problem will be solved. With Alcatel i always have this kind of problem.

Hi,

1 -
I assume you have purchased the VygisToolbox FULL pack - since this include the Alcatel activations.
I ask this, because we had people before, who was trying to run Vygis alcatel softwares with LG reg files, and of course it did not connect.
Also: It must be ONLY 1 reg file in the directory with the software.

Other possible cause is: If you have the USB box like in the picture at www.Vygistoolbox.com, then make the small correction like in the corrected.jpg on the support area.

If you have any doubts about the cable or box, the pinouts are avaiable on the support area, or you can try to use any Universal box and check if it is working with that.

3 -
Try also this: Keep the phone battery lifted little bit from the phone, connect the cable.
Then press the battery on the phone and press fast the Connect button in the software.
(This is because sometimes when you connect the cable to this phones, they can hang and not boot anymore with any software)

I can't find the corrected.jpg file in support area! I scanned it all!

Could you be more specific? Or could you send it to my e-mail [email protected]?

I'm having trouble trying to connect to a Alcatel *** phone.

Only if you have EXACTLY the USB box like in the picture at www.Vygistoolbox.com, then make the small correction like in the corrected.gif.

My box is exactly the same. It just isn't blue painted, but has got the same format and the same figures on it.

But the old dongle Sentinel work for me with same configuration ( cable and universal box and REG KEY)
I think problem on the soft little bugs
