I connected befaure without problem to server and unlock my user is The New
but one time when I trayed to ulock a sagem my5001c I have same problem and server disconnect when he trayed to connect for get unlock code

and now when I trayed to unlock a phone normal without server it unlock but a phone that need server , server log and I am connected but when he trayed to send request for unlock it disconnect ?????? what is the problem ,dangle was working before without problem

sorry ,but I puted only my user name not my pass ,problem I think from server ,it work same times and same times d,ont work
