Nspro Axalato Card Not Found..help

When launch software, displays this mesage,
help please....

NsPro Axalto card not found (error 0x01) = Smartcard is not detected by windows.
Solutions:
1.Check if smartcard drivers are correctly installed. A new version of smartcard drivers can be found HERE
2.Check if the card is correctly connected into the card reader inside the box.

NsPro Axalto card not found (error 0x02) = corrupted card
NsPro Axalto card not found (error 0x03) = corrupted card
Solution:
Can be repaired by using this software

NsPro Axalto card not found (error 0x04) = damaged card
Solution:
Send the card back to reseller or distribuitor www.unlockcellular.com for replacement

or dont push the card to deep inside the smartcard slot
or make sure you install schlumberger driver correctly

or just push the card in a little. unplug and plug in again. then start soft again *sometimes 2/3 times...always works on mine

Thanks alot to all who gave assistance. but this should be taking care of by all members in futuer.

KIDS SHOULD NEVER BE LEFT TO ACCESS THE LAB.

the card was removed and inserted the oposite way by my boy.
after several tries from ur assistance then i though and look well and realised the card was oppositly inserted.
