I am trying to activate. when I use version 5.2.3 it says error 10065. I cannot get to see the serial number.

is there a serial number reader available ?

u need to allow nspro to connect to the internet..... try disabling your firewall or allowing the software through the firewall.

my activation is expired and the software will not come up. error 10060 . thus I cannot enter support

Start latest nspro version from www.nsteam.org/download.html and you will see the card ID there.
