Long waiting answer - GSM-Forum

Okay so I dont want to complain but I do need to rant alittle. First the support here is very good. Unfourtunately at this point it seems they have just given up on me. I have a purhcased the NS Dongle hoping to unlock the x495, e365, and the x475 but i have had no luck. I have been successful with unlocking very few phones. I have emailed tech support and elco multiple times and still no avail. I have tried:

4 New cables
2 Different computers
3 Different batteries
About 5 or 6 versions of NS dongle.
The phone will not enter TAT mode, will not direct unlock either.
Searched the forum and have gotten alot of advice but no luck
I believe I have followed instructions to the tee, but no success.
At first I was recieving good help and feedback but suddenly responses from elco ceased even though I have pm'ed him. Now almost a month later I have an NS Dongle sitting here and wanted to know if anyone wants to buy it? It collects dust nicely and maybe it would work for someone else. Or if anyone else has any possible answer on why it can unlock other phones but not these that would be extremely helpful. I sure people arent going to bother reading this anymore but thanks for everyone input so far.
