MR ELCO NEED HELP UNLOKING Z320I TRYED TO UNLOK WIV RJ45 CABLE NOT WORKING TRYED TO UNLOK IT WIV COM CABLE WIV 9 VOLT BATTRIE ATACHED BUT STILL SAYING Checking serial communication...
Operation failed!

I know that you are meant to modify the pinout when using the standard E530 unlocking com cable but I have found that despite a winimei error being generated it still unlocked a Z320i, maybe I was just lucky with my cable. So all I had to do was shave a bit of the connector on one side for it to fit!.
