black box tools not work on 3 pcs - GSM-Forum

hello all
when i try to run the black box tools v2 on my pc's
the pc with win xp media center (the pc turn off as elictriq disconnected )
on win98 se (the computer frezze )
on win xp sp2(the pc turn off as elictriq disconnected)

plz give me solution here

check your powersupply.and be sure that fls4 drivers are installed.you pc didnt dedect PBB so it restarts..

i rum only black box tools v3
without install the pbb
the copmuters restart
and it show blue dos windows as error
fizical ram error !!!!!
in othere computers its show

phoneix black box not find!!
and in this compaq evo N600c
its restart !!!!
