can't seem to get it to work! HELP!

hi i just recently bought a PBB:

Info about PBB:
V9 firmware
no USB port
ACP-12 for power

i have got it connected to a ACP-12X charger (i'm in UK).

Installed Software:
Phoenix (2005_20_7_98)
Wintesla (648_003)
PBB Maintenance 4.0
PBB one button unlocker 2.0

What it is, is that i'm tryiong to figure out how to get everything working!
i have a few phones whch need sorting out (7650,6600,6100)

I have managed to install everything, and i think it's all set up fine but not sure, and after reading quite a few posts on here starting to get confused!

the 3 phones (7650,6600,6100) all seem to have software problems (contact service, etc)

i have figured out how to flash the 6100, i installed NPL-2dp_v_9[1].00_mcu6.01.exe from the pbb site, and then in Phoenix, i did the following:
File > Scan product
Flashing > SW Update
it picked up the flash files (v6.01) (MCU, PPM & Content File[have tried with and without content file])
Flash type : "Restore User Data" (have also tried "Product as Manufactured")
then flashed phone but after flash, only when the phone is connected to the PBB does go into Normal mode, although not properly as i get this error:

Code:
The mode refresh request failed.
The product is in the middle of a mode transition.

If the phone displays "Insert SIM" or "Enter PIN-code",
follow the displayed instruction.

If you do not have SIM or do not want to enter PIN-code,
you can try to set the phone to Test mode.
Local mode is reachable from Test mode.

HRESULT 0x80043004 (-2147209212)
when i remove from PBB, it just say's Contact service again!

can you please help me,
thank in advance,
Lad.

p.s. i have also tried with the other phones but diff problems with them so i will try to sort out these one by one!

ok will try to get that power supply

about th switch:
it does work as the phone switches on and off (but into contact service mode only)
i checked it's connections:
switch to ground ok - No resistance between
switch - No resistance across it when switch pressed
switch to R306 Resister - No resistance between
R306 Resister - 27K ohm as it should be
C310 capacitor - donno how to test that!

is there anything else i can try or have i missed something?

thanks,
Lad.

hi it's ok now sorta! i re-installed pheonix and working now! just trying to get it to flash a 6600 which only show's white screen! somin's messed up because sometimes, rarely when i have it connected to pbb it will power up but most the time it won't so i can't "scan product" i have to manually open it, but then when i try to flash i get this error:

Code:
Flash: MCU serial data failure.

HRESULT 0x8401001c (-2080309220)
agghhhh!
