PBB Flashing problem - GSM-Forum

Hello! Can someone please help me?
I am using
*Phoenix Service Software 2005.12.5.90,
*driver 'DRV_FLS4_205',
*Black Box Tool 1.9 reports:
"Box type: PKD-1RD
...
PBB firmware version: 09".
I had no problems installing the box, reading the manual.

Any type of Nokia i tried flashing, i receive the following message:
