I have bought a bunch of these phones from China ( nokia 8800e-1 rm-233 )
the I cannot get any signal at all...... i can open my phonebook out of my sim but thats it...... there's no configarations. someone please help.

do you able to call 112 without SIM card inserted?

I dial 112 and a " unable to connect pops up " ........ i learn something new though....i push *#364*6633# and it will lead me to the ENGINEER MODE. Well, i clicked on network and saw that the 1900 is de-activated so i Activate it. Then i clicked into that page and it is " De-avtivated " . It is cause my network is locked ? please help.

All Mobile's clone made in china all none of them Only work in 900/1800 Band

China produced mainly sold to Asia and Europe

Yes,after flashing this flash, have network,phone work fine.
