nothing wrong with the reseller. i think some thing is wrong with the update server lots of guy's had this problem.

im not a beginner i did same as it was in the tuturiol. i think u haven't seen the log. serial number structure is incorrect. i've send the email on the given address.

We are checking logs very carefully every time and we try to give so good advices as possible.

As you can see many problem can be solved fast just by advices given to you by DongleManager

What is that mean!!!

unfortunately, this pinfinder has damaged serial number and can not be registered in our system. Please conact your reseller and exchange it under warranty conditions.

Please, tell me what is not clear with given explanation.
We ask you to contact to your reseller to replace PinFinder PCB.

Also, if it\'s hard to make replacement via reseller you can contact to reseller, show him discussion about your PinFinder and ask reseller to contact to our support person via mail: [email protected]

i had the same problem. i returned the box to the reseller that box wasn't working. there were no power in the power connectors. now i got the new 1 Infinity APF box plus and it works like charm.
