try to format security code will reset.

but after format imei default. before format fisrt imei readed, second imei not readed. problem second imei

If you have made "format" for 1st CPU it is not possible that 2nd imei become damaged.
Just restore 1st imei and everything should be Ok.

I dont think that 2nd imei can be damaged after 1st cpu format.
But anyway, you can repair 2nd imei too
