I have bird s299.its imei is 0000000000000
sim is not registering.
what could b the possible solution?

Hello,

Bird-S229 repair eeprom files uploaded in support area, try to use it.

Make eeprom backup before this operation !!!

I have s288 cable.
I try to connect with this cable but unable.
Am I using right cable

Finally I got success with same cable
but unable to solve the problem of not registering sim card.
S299_FFS_repair_zero_imei1.32F
I rebuild imei with above ffs file

How about to download files from REPAIR_EEPROM folder and try another files ?
