Hello. Phone is alive? It not formated? If it alive and not factory reseted - it must chow code. Please, if it happen again with alive phone, which ask code - read flash and we will solve it.

What phone condition after format? It nopt power on? Blink? Or something else? Need more info to determine problem.

Checked FW - it looks normally, as and rest data. Need find same phone or flash and try flash it with factory sets. Should help , if still no luck - seems as need resolder/rehot RDA CPU/SOC.
