Cm2 not open in my pc .only show logo and than close i already reinstalled window but not sucess plz help me sir.

Good, if the installation of windows in new, you have to deactivate both windows defender and the firewall, check that you have activated or renewed the infinity dongle, then it will let you update firmware, also take into account any limitation that you have in your country through internet, if this is the case use a vpn, if this does not work then you will have to contact infinity support directly.

for me im using windows 10 64 bit.. disable first AV

i installed it in C in program files(x86) and i exclude it in my AV the folder and the file exe and no problem.. it run smoothly
