Complete noob at this...

Okay, I'm a complete at everything that's going on here..so I wanted to restore my phone [Song a168] to its original state, because the camera doesn't work, so I did the factory restore, and it hasn't done anything to fix it. I tried pressing the 'rest key' that's located where you put the stylus, but that nothing happens at all; it's supposed to put the phone back to it's original state in Chinese and such, but I think it's there to be there. And I've read a couple of posts about infinity-box.com I went to the site, and I'm still confused. So I was wondering if I need to buy anything to get the programs that I downloaded to work.

If you need to repair only one phone and you are not a professional engineer who repair phones every day you need to buy nothing.
The best way for you: go to nearest mobile repair center and ask somebody to repair your phone.

If you still want to buy something you can buy:
1. main software + hardware: Infinity-Box
2. additional hardware module for automatic pinout detection: Infinity-Box PinFinder
3. additional software module for languaged editing: Infinity-Box Language Pack Editor
