What is your Support Validity Date ?
How to check - http://www.infinity-box.com/doc.php?id=17

If you have active support - run DongleManager software and update Box/Dongle firmware.
If support is not active - please contact to any seller and renew support.

I can not understand how it was possible that computer repair man get your dongle, get all software and after that computer repair man start to debug software.
