There is a software conflict with the next application:

STEP-BY-STEP instruction:

1. Delete or rename files (see above)
2. Reboot PC
3. Delete fault.bn file
4. Update dongle firmware with DongleManager now
5. Run Infinity software.

It was some kind of incompatibility with this app: mkv converter studio.exe

Update dongle firmware now.
In future try do not run this app at the same time with Infinity

You know that this dongle is quite old and it was damaged long time (more than 10 years) ago.
Anyway try to update it now ONLY ONCE and see result.
I think result will be not good.


If this dongle can not be updated you must move it to trash (hardware fault can not be repaired) and buy new dongle.
