You had no problem with Dongle update up to February but now problem exist.
Possible problem reason: drivers or something with PC (OS) or something wrong with Internet connection.
please double check everything and update Dongle again.

no i check that double time but same problem and problem is on you firmware update software because this is my 2nd dongle first dongle was also damage when i first update the firmware and that dongle is now dead and this is my second dongle and also now is dead again

Dear Sir,

There is no any problem with firmware update software.
It's a problem with your Card-reader Drivers and/or PC. Pleae check many threads in this forum, you will see that users who have used good drivers and good PC has no problem at all.

So let me ask you again - what was the changes in yourr PC configuration and your Innternet connection from February ?

no sir not any single change done in pc not an internet connection and
you can also check my pc through teamviwer and yes below in link
in which my first dongle was damage with same problem

no sir no change was made can u do some help if u can give more time to update dongle firmware in day because there is limit of 1 per day i will try to update multi times

Dear Sir,

We do not allow multitime updated to avod Smart-Card damage.
Do you have any other Card-Reader, f.e. other box or dongle ?

Hello,

Use this software:
- Download CardID software - Index of pub/
- Run CardID.exe
- Select Card-Reader
- Click to "Read" button

Read Card-reader type for all your boxes one by one and post here Card-Reader name.
I will tell you what card-reader should be used.
