Dongle firmware [0134] is out of date
Download latest upgrade client (Dongle manager) from support area and upgrade dongle firmware.

i did same but cant update

dongle manager says you are already updated

dont try anymore today

how to get this latest version

i m so confused

need help experts

Hello,

how I can make FRP on Prestigio PSP3508 Duo FRP ? its with CPU Spreadtrum, SC7731

I have selected SP (SC773x eMMc Generic) but I cannt make FRP reset

Phone found! [ 38 ]
Port Opened
Sync...
Initial Boot Failed!
Boot not done, reason : Wrong BootKeys
Hint : Reset power and use ANOTHER BootKey ( VOL up or VOL down )

Reconnect Power/Cable!

I have try with both volume keys, with volume up only, with volume down only but nothing, exist any manual how to do all operations in sw pls ?

UPDATE: reset done

select Set mode to : SP [SC773x] eMMC [Android 5.x]
than select SERVICE
button: Format FS / Reset Phone / Clear FRP
Phone must be switched OFF (with battery inside)
keep pressed volume down and connect it to cable
