Member: 541591 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1611509 Thanks Meter: 7,361  | Some important info about- Free support renew due to COVID19 disaster- Some points all users need to understand about Free support renew due to COVID19 disaster This free 2 months support extension adds 2 months to you dongle from your CURRENT SUPPORT EXPIRY DATE . For ex. if your dongle expired on 01-January-2019 then 2 months is added to 01-January 2019 and then it becomes 01-March-2019. Remember 2 months addition doesn't means that users will get 2 months from Today's date. Some users assuming that 2 months are added to support period and their support became active and they can upgrade their dongle to latest version and they can run latest software. But it's can't happen as it would be unfair with all who renewed their support or purchased new dongle recently and their support period is still active. Other confusion- which software/modules will run after dongle upgrade? It depends on dongle firmware. Every software module needs some dongle firmware version to run, so after upgrade of dongle if you get new dongle firmware say v0136 then user can use all software released before 2018-04-26 since after that it requires higher dongle firmware V0137 and so on. Some user's dongle firmware will not change even after 2 months are added to support period because in that period no new dongle firmware was released, so do not panic. One more thing to remember all dongles which have firmware lower than v0134 they can upgrade anytime as v0134 is free for everyone even if it's support expired long time ago. Team is looking on Covid situation and we are trying to help our users but users also need to understand that business has nearly stopped everywhere and everyone is in same situation. As I know support period was extened for ALL Infinty users for free. Could you please login to your IOS account and check your dongle registration and expiration date. What is the results ? If your account was not renewed by some cases automatically team will extend it for sure manually. Waiting for your info and results ! | |
