hi there infinity team here Moto c123a just searching or emergency call only is there any software solution ....

hello!

hard to say.
first of all check if imei is not blacklisted
second check if phone support bands available in your country.
then try to call 112. if this call is ok- means phone RF part is ok too.
and at the end you can try to flash phone and if no luck- use repair eeprom file
