Pin finder problem.

My pin finder power LED doesnt glow even manually selected "power on" through software when phone connected. If phone is not connected and click on "Power On", LED glows and as soon as RJ45 cable's positive and negative wires connect to phone the LED turns off. I cnat detect pin on auto even cant connect known pinout phone like Voda 226, 225 etc. via pin finder.

Tested with many phones.

Any solution please.

Can we use external power / Battery to phone while using pinfinder instead of RJ45 cable positive and negative wires to power up phones ?

first check cable connecting pinfinder with infinity. contact reseller if pinfinder is in warranty period.if not than open pinfinder and look for damage

What was happened that PinFinder stop to work ?

Now it seems very much clear.

I am using dual RJ45 output unibox, one is mentioned as USB and the other is mentioned as COM. At pin 1 voltage is 4.55 V at USB and 4.9 V at COM sockets.

I always connect Pin finder with socket mentioned USB, selector swith kept at M-bus. Is it right way to connect ? The same way I have succesfully connected and flashed / formatted many chinese phones.

Do I still need to modify unibox as per Page 20 of Pinfinder manual ?

Thanks for great support.

Please, open Unibox and short diode according to manual page 20

@abrarlove

i just did google pinfinder+ infinity and look what i found http://www.infinity-box.biz/index.ph...infinder&lg=en theres the manual, BTW if you get a lil bit lost with the short have in mind that those points are from the input port to the output port of your unibox (the "usb" one of course)
