Pinfinder is Out of order - GSM-Forum

Few days ago I purchase a new brand pinfinder,
while infinty box I m using more than a year.
Pinfinder detects and I registered it.
but after that I find that there is some problem in pin finder,
It dont detects a chinies miracle.
I complaint to the resseler, but he says it has been registerd therefore it cant be replaced.
Can some one guide me what to do now me

Hello,

If you are sure that your PinFinder hardware is damaged it is possible to unpair it from your box.

Please, explain what is the problem with PinFinder, it maybe we can fix the problem without replacement.

Sir I dont know that what was actual problem and I have return the box to resseler ,
he tells me that after a month the actual resseler will come back from china then I will tell u the final result.
whether it will b return or not.
Is there any case in which we cant unpair it from box.
