hello!

some phones just dont keep tx/rx in system connector.
some phones use different than mt62xx MCU.

if you are new pinfinder user i would advice to start from phone with known pinout.
so you will be sure that MCU type is set correctly, pinout is present in system connector.
also pay attention to "Finder activation tries " set it to value 10 or more.
remmember that phone must be powered from box power.
absolutely necceserry before searching pinout make sure that phone is able to power On from box power.
for doing this press button "power" red led should indicate that power lines is powered now.
try to power On phone. If it is powering On- you can continue with pinout search.

please ask more if you still have questions

pls follow the instruction that infinityhelp said
check first with a good set , after detecting the pinfinder adaptar with infinity box press ''power on'' button on pinfinder soft and then press the handset power button and see is the phone can on or not
after that select the correct cable/port name from cable list
then select the cpu type if u know , otherwise select the last option on that list
then press ''find '' on sw and keep press the handset pw button
and remember everytime u try to detect the pinout u should again off/on the power form box(by pressing the power on/off tab from sw)
if u still have same problem pls post with log or details sure u will get help from infinity team
