Problem With Nokia 5700 - GSM-Forum

hello i have one nokia 5700 with new firmeware ( i send to support all details) the phone have a problem it reboot with or without sim card i format cpu1 and cpu2 using pinfinder and cable l18a all are ok but only one sim work the second sim indicate urgence appel
any solution ?

hello!

try to set IMEI numbers exactly as they writen on IMEI label
in first and second phone parts

on the label there are imeil 35******************xx and below SN 35************xx ! so i must write the imei on the 1st cpu and SN on the second cpu or write the same imei on the cpu1 and cpu2?
