s 3 imei strange problem

i have which s 3 which have default imei when the handset come to me, i rebuild his imei and give to my customer and after ywo days he gaian come and show me his handset which have agian default imei i again formate his handset and build imei with methode two and imei again corrupot after two days wats the matter plz guide me
