Check with your reseller but please consider from 2019 June firmware all phones are unlocked as price of HIGH level.

We have added support for this firmware version CP_S367VLUDU4BSG3. About comment other versions are not relevant : we dont think so cause we saw in server many people use and are needed. So maybe is useless for you but not for all users in general.
