Yes, but that modem comes from COMBINATION firmware that was released in July. I tried to unlock the phone with full COMBINATION firmware flashed but also couldn't. Log below if you prefer:

I hope you got username and password at IOS menu "Downloads & Support", at middle of page. Right ?
Try to enter password via keyboard but do not copy/paste it.

I did get the password from the downloads & support and also typed username and password. Samsung client version is 0.95. The previous version was working fine 5 months ago. i am using windows 8.1 pro. i will try in another PC and advise.
