See the red marks, have you try an unsupported simcard already?
Weird that first try give error but sim lock show as locked, when you do the 2nd try, the info don't show if locked or not!
Also, sec patch after June is 20credits. Log show you have 10? That log info is really strange. MAybe the credit is the problem?

First of all : This is Sprint povider and is not supported. And kindly check you inet service ( proxy / lag / connection)

That was a customer's phone, maybe modem was flashed from combination file by someone else, but rest of the firmware was stock. However phone was unlocked by another box without touching its firmware. Sadly, this is the second phone I've tried to unlock and had to buy more credits, but without success...

When you run the software it shows you the credit consumption
