If you can not understand what to do post here error messages that you can see in support area. Remove any kind of private data from your public message in forum (f.e. dongle S/N, support area username, password) ! If you are sure that you have read and understand everything that was written in support area well but problem still exist please, follow the next instruction: 1. Run Infinity-Box DongleManager 2. Make "Read S/N" operation 3. Copy text with full dongle details from DongleManager and send dongle details (and detailed problem description) to [email protected] so we will be able to check what is wrong and how to help you. |
