Can i solder these on board tx,rx,ground and use infinity chinese miracle to detect mobile on com port???

if u don't use Pinfinder

Best option is

Make cable like this

RJ45 Pin2 to Needle
RJ45 Pin3 to Needle
RJ45 Pin7,8 to Crocodile.
