When i try to unlock a phone with scp830 cpu. message i receive is
phone found{78}
open port failed
Please advice what i might be doing wrong

i flash with erase and update nvm but its not help me

Hello. What model exactly? Where is much differences on NVM's for 9xxx series.

If you have factory FW - then inside it already exists correct nv for that one.

Erase clear all calibration settings and during flashing re-initialize them all.
Post flashing log with NVM update.
