bad support


tst ,i bougth 4 diffrent boxes for my workshop all order boxes are working very well ,but urs i have not been able to use it for one day,i have not even being able to download programe ,my accont was activated few days ago and the nest day when i try loggin it says invalid pass.
i have mailed,pm u, but no reply ,if i haven cheated of my money u tell so i start looking for a way to collect my money back from hams who is my resseller. i started this thread to lay this complaint,if u no longer give support u tell us,i m sick ur product.

well

if u take this image so u can understand about support.
we activat ur id after 10 minutes when u asking for access.
and ur id is showing is enabled for support in tst support.
may be u forgat ur password .
kindly send me pm or registerd new id so we will activat it.

my id have been saved by window ,i did not forget it,it loads it automatically.and i only copy from my mail box and paste.i,m sending u my details now

According to me TST HAS AND WILL CONTNUE TO HAVE THE BEST SUPPORT ITS Only PPL That say that their Suport is Dieing ETC Only TRB With TST IS that they havent made the Software Upgrade for a long time thats all
Otherwise they are NICE TEAM
They may also have Normal Life Situations to Deal With .. PRBS ETC
I JUST HOPE TST CONTINUES TO GIVE BEST SUPPORT LIKE IT ALWAYS DOES Also They Can Help their Customers With FLashing SYMBIAN PHONES

tst all ok good support,he helped me till my dongle worked ,good soft makes samsung vwry easy to handle,thanks
