dead 6300, windows wont find it. What to do?

so my 6300 fell in the water and wont run on anymore.
first when i putted the battery in the blue lights lighted up but wouldnt turn on.
then i took i apart and cleaned everything and now when i put battery on it says nothing but when i push power button they light on but only them and their on until i stop pushing the power button.

so i downloaded phoenix 2008 and the rm-217 driver pack but when i connect my phone to the computer windows wont recognize it and eather will phoneix when i try to do the dead usbe phone thing.
tryed with theese nokia drivers 6.82 6.86 7.0

so what to do? is it eaven possible to bring it to live with only the usb?

yeah and by the way, when i put it in the charger the lights blink and the phone gets pretty hot but not burning hot.

well the thing is that the usb cable that came with the phone is the only cable i have. dont have any boxy or service cables and dont think im ready to buy em eather cause they cost pretty much over here.
and i dont know about the ultrasonic cleaning eather cause i dont have chanse to do it.
but how does the reheating actually work? step by step guide mayby?

yeah and by the way, ive cleaned my phone with a spray called Taerosol Kontakt PRF 6-68 and when i tried to connect my phone to the computer so i had the battery in,the power cable and usb so it started up but the buttons didnt light up or work, it just asked if i want to use the phone without the sim card and when nothing worked so i closed it so all the hope is not throwed away but i couldnt get it in the same situation after, dont know how i did it

This is hw problem, not software and you can't repair it by yourself at home...go to a gsm repair center, they have the tools needed for this...

Stop it, and help yourself

Leave your computer aside, do you really think water damage can be cleaned and repaired with the help of flashing ?

Bring it to a phone fix service so they'll find the short circuit.
