N81 8gb navi wheel not working anymore - GSM-Forum

Hi guys its been awhile since i last needed your help. But im having trouble with the navi wheel of my n81. At first it worked perfectly but suddenly it stopped working . You rotate your thumb and nothing happens . I even upgraded its firmware to last version 20.0.56 thinking it would solve my problem but it didnt. Can anyone help me ? The phone is only 2 months old . Thanks for your patience and help.

That sounds like a hardware problem if it still under warranty you should take to nearest nokia service centre and if you have hack applied you should format with *#7370# to remove all traces first

Yes I have it hacked so, i will take it to warranty with no hacking traces. Thank you a lot, this problem was bugging me a lot, thank you.

i think! you have check virus on the phone if you can fomart this phone
