It installs fine but when I go to start the program it closes immediatley then reports a windows error. anyone else have this issue or have a solution? I am using Windows XP Pro SP1. I tried this on 2 different machines with the same result. thanks Last edited by kloquewerk; 11-07-2006 at 22:41. |

Member: 388238 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Newbie! Hello All, I'm new here and just joined after having read this whole thread. I too would like to update my 6280 but I have never used phoenix before and the only Nokia phone I've flashed was recently my N73 but that was pretty easy compared to what your all talking about. My firmware for the 6280 is: Nokia 6280 V 03.70 28-03-06 RM-78 (c) Nokia Language: V 03.70 28-03-06 RM-78 (c) Nokia Its locked to and branded by 3 which I dislike and I'm from London, UK. Is there a step by step instruction on how to update the 6280 anywhere? If not would someone mind helping me out? To be honest I havent had any problems with the 6280 but then again all I ever use it for is just to make and receive calls and havent really pushed it to its limit but it would be nice to have it updated. Would appreciate any help anyone can provide. Many thanks and must say a great site. Last edited by Dead Cell; 11-10-2006 at 05:14. Reason: To change notification type! |
