Member: 8249 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | Does THIS terminator dongle accept updates + 4 locks problem Does anyone know if this dongle accepts the sim card to update it to DIV, (by the look of it, as Simon isnt sure), and using term 2.0 etc, can it solve, or will it result in the 4 locks closed problem? Member: 4611 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 68 | A few sites used that image to advertise their dongle, but the one you get looks nothing like. You need to scan the board, both sides for better help. If it will upgrade and you find a sim to do it (the cheapest I have seen being about £160) + £75 for a reasonable priced terminator you may as well spend £15 extra, and get a properly made DIV dongle. Secondly don't use terminator 2 for the sony ericsson. This is what gives you 4 locks closed. Any version below this, and you are safe. Lastly (if you didn't know) the DIV will repair 4 locks closed. |
