Red face How to flash Ericsson R600 with empty board

I try to flash one r600 with div 6.2.The flash process stop after 1%.The phone not connect .Can you help me.

I have same problem ,and I flashing phone with DIV 8.4 finall.
After this, flashing proces is ok, and phone work like new.
