1. Do Fullfactory Setting
2. Do Format User area (Press 3, send and * together by switch ON)

If still cannot then You got to reheat or Change D462 / Flash Chip With 8Mb 00000000-007FFFFF

Make factory set full

You try read UEM.
If you see IMEI then Save rpl.
Then re-ball Flash chip.
Then Flash again.
If, same problem.
Brocken Flash chip.
