Please try to upgrade to CID52. Select Uni/Files/Ericsson/Loaders/UMTS/EROM/K800RE52.UA as SW and flash it.
Please let us know the result. Anyway, only the CID49 phones have problem or this error happened with CID51/52 too?

lol. if you not understand, i let you know the correct answer: it can be unlokced without server. Uncheck "Use smartcard" and press unlock.
