i am trying to unlock db2020 user code it's free but my ub saying power on the phone

please give full info

you need to b online for that & when it say to power on the phone just give pulse so that i can connect...& yes its free now

go to umts tab gdfs select correct model check smartcard & reset usercode press make
umts\gdfs\important values

Check Mobile jack and trying to clean it.

For User Code

:Go to Ericsson -> UMTS ->GDFS

2:Click The "User Code" Check Box

3:Click the correct phone model.

4:Check „Use smartcard” checkbox

5: Press "Make"

its need logs or free coz when you will check on use smartcard then its mean you can loose 50 logs

here you need then soft say power on phone then reinset battery and cable with power button your problem is solved
