I have a problem w/ my ub box,,when i open the program,,it will hang - GSM-Forum

Any one can help me,,,regarding w/ this problem?

I do 3 times reinstall and install the program but still the same

when i open it the program,,,,it boot up,,,but it hang,,,even my mouse could not move,,,,any help pls,,,,thanks in advance,,
