Member: 175822 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 4 | Is this how you treat your customers UB team ???? I have bought thousands of logs from you and i never said anything. I almost have never asked for support the only time i ask for support i dont get. Mobil_1 i know you have tried to help me. But it is not my fault nor yours i demand support. From Universal box either you refund the logs or unlock this fone. I dont want to think of UB team as theives and i cant go on waiting weeks for you to fix my problem. Let everyone know what kind of support you have. So they will think a million times before buying Universal Box. This is the story I tried to unlock a P1i that was almost 10 days ago and Mr. Mobile_1 and Universal Box has said we have server problems . I thought Ok ill wait like everyone else. After 8 days i get the calculated code i sign the fone and activate the unlock code. fone is still locked I contact Mr. Mobile_1 and he asks me to flash and send logs and screen shots. And that i did. Then he tells me i cant help you we need to wait for Mr. Universal_box and that i did . Mr. Universal_box comes online... Now Mobile_1 is hiding and so is Universal_box why ? Is it because i need your support for something you didnt do right ? Why didnt you fix my log right and why do i have to suffer as a customer ? Why do my customers have to suffer too ? I wonder if you are gonna show some courtesy to me ? or is this how you deal with problems "When the **** hits the fan you run ????!" Let me know if you are a decent team or just a bunch of robbers and double crosses. I dare you delete this message and if you are men enough and have the slightest decency answer my post. |
