Strange problem with nokia 6085 - GSM-Forum

Please advise on what to do with a Nokia 6085 v5.03.

Everytime you go camera in the menu, the phone goes off.
I think it is a software problem.

How can i go about it?

NO this is hardwar problem .i have flash so many time but same problem. may be ram or camra problem.

But what do you mean, change FLAT?

Hello Ma8!
You try Full Flash.
If same problem.
You check camera conecter or camera unit or RAM or Memory card or ETC HW.

normally its only flex cable or top pcb

please simpliy change screen cable if not see on hardware solution .
